Dr. Paudel did form PhD from Tribhuvan University under TU scholarship scheme. He worked as the Principal of Public secondary school , Surkhet for a decade. He has written several books related to language and structure for Primary to post graduate degree students. Currently, he is the Lecturer of Tribhuvan University. He has visited USA, Japan, China and India to participate different program.

Mr. Shiwakoty has done Masters in Rural Development from Tribhuvan University Nepal. As a part time lecturer, he is as well teaching at Metro College and Classic College in Kathmandu for over two years. He also worked as a Program Coordinator at Ideal Friendship-Nepal for three years. Mr. Shiwakoty has been working at Chhahari-Nepal as a Chairman for four years. He has been in UK to take part in WYSTC conference. He has been in Singapore, India, China Thailand and Malaysia.

Mr. Siwakoti did Master Degree in Anthropology from PU. He worked as a part time lecturer in British Gorkha, St. Paul for three years. He also worked as Team Leader in Sahara Nepal for two years. Mr. Siwakoti has been working in Chhahari-Nepal since 2010. He has been India and China.

Mrs. Nepal did Master Degree in Rural Development from Tribhuvan University. She worked in WOREC Nepal as a facilitator. She also worked in Press Council Nepal too. Since 2009, she has been working in Chhahari-Nepal as an Office Manager.
